Q. What's your return policy?

A. If there's a material defect or a printing error, we may offer a discount or replace the defective merchandise. Please send an email to claims@boltprinting.com with the following information:


We'll respond within 1 business day. Because the shirts and apparel are custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept a return for the following reasons:

  1. Shirt style, size, or color isn't what you expected. If you aren't sure about something, please order a sample.

  2. Package(s) did not arrive in time.

  3. You don't like it.
