At Bolt Printing we strive to ensure that goods ordered through us are always accurate and of the highest quality.  We stand by everything we sell, 100%. If you are not satisfied with your order, neither are we. Apparel you design or orders through Bolt Printing are customized and unique just for you.

Time of Payment:

Due to the amount of work required prior to printing or embroidering and shipping of your order you will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Cancellations after printing has begun: Once orders of customized goods enter the production process, we do not allow cancellations. Orders enter the printing process as early as one business day after they are placed on our website.

Cancellations before printing has begun: We allow cancellations on orders that have been processed but have not yet begun the production process.  Cancellations in this phase are subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the order total.

Returns:

Shirts are custom printed just for you. We cannot accept a return for the following reasons:

1.        Shirt style, size, or color is not what you may have expected. If you are not sure. Please order a sample.

2.        Package(s) did not arrive in time or are lost or stolen following a delivery.

3.        You don't like it.

4.         Samples are not eligible for return.

You have 14 calendar days to Submit A Claim from the date the packaged was signed for. Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Our dedicated Customer Service Specialists will work with you to find a solution that you'll be happy with, whether that means reprinting your order at no additional cost.

To submit a claim:

Please click the "Submit A Claim" button at the bottom of this page and include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Report Problem Experienced
  • Attach a Photo of the Defect or Printing Error

We will respond within 1 business day.

Quality Guarantee:

If there is a material defect or printing defect that falls outside of stated limitations we will offer a discount or to reprint problem shirts. We are unable to offer a return for custom printed merchandise.

Refunds

We cannot accept returns on customized goods, unless there is a printing error or garment defect that falls outside of the stated limitation that differs from the approved design proof. If you have product or service questions, please call a customer support representative at 888-909-2658 to answer any questions you may have.

Refund methods:

Credit Card: If your return is approved, Bolt Printing will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Check: If you pay by check, Bolt Printing will issue a check for the approved refund amount. You will receive a check within 15 business days.

Purchase Order: If you pay by purchase order, Bolt Printing will issue a check for the approved refund amount. You will receive a check within 15 business days.

Shipping:

Bolt printing will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returning items (if due to material defect or printing error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
