Shipping Information

Free Shipping

Available on all orders. Estimated turnaround with delivery is 9-14 business days (multiple line items, sleeve prints and fleece styles can add extra production days). You can select free shipping during checkout in Step 4 using the calendar (any day that you can select in white is free shipping - any day that is colored orange is a paid level of shipping).

Packages may ship via USPS, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground

USPS Tracking Systems are not consistently updated, or 100% reliable.

Exclusions / Limitations:
Lightning Next Day Turn Around.
US Continental Addresses only.
Orders shipping to a single address.

Saturday delivery is available only on Air Packages. Please indicate in the comment area that you request a Saturday Delivery. Note that additional costs will be incurred.

Drop Shipments:
In the comment area, during checkout indicate this need.
After your order is submitted: email an excel file with delivery details (include quantity by size, ship-to name, company name, street address, ste or floor, city, state and zip in separate columns.

The cost: 0.75 per package + shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and charged to the card provided at order.

Shipping Terms:
All printed products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to customer upon shipment. This means that risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays in transportation including, but not limited to, severe weather delays, package handling errors, misroutes, and exceptions.

If a package(s) is lost, we will assist you in working with the carrier to open an investigation. During this time you have the option to reprint your order. If the original package is located, the customer will be responsible for the cost of both orders. If the package is not located, you are responsible for costs incurred with the original shipment.

If, for any reason, your order is not received on time; a credit CANNOT be issued for package contents. If you paid for expedited shipping, and the delay did not occur because of severe weather or other act of nature, a request for a refund of shipping charges will be honored.
