Q. What's your return policy?

If there's a material defect or a printing error, we may offer a discount or replace the defective merchandise. Please submit a claim here Return Policy. (be prepared with the following info)


We'll respond within 1 business day. Because the shirts and apparel are custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept a return for the following reasons:


  1. Shirt style, size, or color isn't what you expected. If you aren't sure about something, please order a sample.

  2. Package(s) did not arrive in time.

  3. You don't like it.

  4.  Ordered a sample (blank or generic).


Be sure you understand what is commercially acceptable and what is considered a defect.

Be very careful when reviewing your proof. If you are unsure of anything - pick up the phone and call us, request changes on the proof, or start a live chat.  Pay special attention to any boxes in yellow.  Most importantly: don't guess and don't assume.
