If there's something odd about an order, we'll call for clarification instead of just going with it. And if something might impact the design, you'll be notified.

 We make customizing t-shirts easy
It all begins when you use our handy design studio, which makes implementing a design easy. Just place your elements approximately where you want them (because our team makes adjustments, you don't need to be perfect) and leave whatever notes you need us to see -- it's that simple!
From there, our customer service team (the same group you'll be talking to throughout the process) will clean up your design, fix any errors, and make other preparations.

Our proof approval system ensures high-quality custom apparel
Once we think everything is ready, we'll send you proof to review. At this point, it's up to you to make sure everything looks great -- because what you see in the proof will be what's on the shirt or other garment. If you think it needs work, we'll make corrections.
Until you're satisfied with the proof, we won't print or embroider your order. And if you don't get back to us on proof, we'll follow up again and again (to ensure nothing falls between the cracks and that your order stays on schedule).

From there, the order goes to our talented production staff. During that printing/embroidery process -- and even while packing your shirts -- things will be checked, rechecked, and checked yet again. (And if a mistake somehow slips through, we'll work with you to make it right.)
In short, we take custom apparel seriously. Your order is important to us and we treat it as such. And, because ALL of our customizations is done in-house at our scenic Brookfield, CT headquarters, we're able to manage the process from start to finish.
