"They delivered high quality t shirts ahead of our tight deadline" We had a fundraising project for our local High School. They needed a quick turnaround; the problem was that the creative was not completed. Lana and Nicole were a God send. They were patient and held our hands through the entire process. They did not get frustrated even when we had to change the creative not once but THREE times!!! Not only did they meet our tight deadline, but they also delivered the shirts early! We are so happy with the shirts. They are very high quality. The printing was beautiful, and the best part? "I tried a different company, but came back to Bolt" My first order with Bolt Printing was in 2017. I was very Pleased with the product. I ordered again in 2020 and was again satisfied. In 2021, I tried a different company who advertised less expensive prices, but added on at the end and delivered an inferior product, which I returned and ordered from Bolt again. Then, this month I ordered more t-shirts for an annual Campout and they were beautiful. I wear and wash all of these shirts regularly and the ones that are 4 years old still have their shape and color. "The turnaround time is great" Amazing. Phenomenal. Fantastic. Those are the three words that absolutely describe quality products, the service, and the prices of Bolt Printing. When we first started ordering from Bolt several years ago, we started with a budget t- shirt since our charity has a tiny budget, which was nice but as a charity to raise funds we needed a better shirt and was pleasantly surprised at the great prices of a better quality shirt. For me and our members, it's the service it makes a difference. We can order online I know that we are going to get a proof quickly and they make re idioms or changes without hesitation. The turn around time is great. Do you need it in a few weeks then you get free shipping, you need to rush to pay a little extra for shipping but it's worth it. I cannot say enough great things about bolt and their staff. "Nicole assisted and stuck with me throughout the t shirt design process" As a first time customer, I had very little knowledge of the process and technical information I needed to create a high quality T-shirt design. Nicole, the single representative who assisted and stuck with me throughout the process, was knowledgeable and patient. She gave me her direct line to call her to discuss problems I detected on my proofs. When we couldn't address these adequately due to my poor quality artwork, she happily agreed to speak with my own graphics person. They worked it out and I couldn't be happier with our T-shirts.Oh, and despite all the delays I caused, I still received the shirts in just a couple days after finalizing the design.We'll be back! "Team Bolt Printing really came through" My daughter's volleyball team has really come a long way. We the parents wanted to show our support with team shirts to wear at the year-end tournament. We decided with only 7 days to design, order, produce, and ship. I wasn't very optimistic. But Team BOLT Printing really came through. I placed the order online on Sunday. Monday I got a call saying that our shirt color was out of stock and they worked with me to come up with a great alternative (some say better than the original).
