How Long Does Free Shipping Take for Custom T-Shirts?

With Bolt Printing's Free Standard Shipping, most custom T-shirt and apparel orders arrive within 9 to 14 business days.

This estimated timeframe includes both production and shipping, not just the time your package spends in transit.

Several factors can affect your delivery time:

• Delivery Location: Orders shipping to the East Coast generally travel shorter distances from our Connecticut facility than orders headed to the West Coast.
• Multiple Designs: Orders requiring several different printed or embroidered designs may take longer.
• Order Complexity: Multiple garment styles, specialty print placements, or embroidery may require additional production time.
• Artwork Approval: Production cannot begin until your artwork proof has been approved.

Need custom T-shirts in a hurry? Bolt Printing's Lightning Fast Turnaround option gives eligible orders priority during production.

When you select paid shipping at checkout, your order moves into our priority production schedule instead of following the standard production timeline.

Most orders using this option arrive within approximately 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and the products being customized.

As a general reference:

• New York City Area: Approximately 2 business days.
• West Coast: Approximately 5 business days.

These are estimated delivery timelines, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders with multiple designs, embroidery, specialty products, or numerous line items may require additional time.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Artwork Proof?

Before custom apparel moves into production, Bolt Printing provides a digital artwork proof for your review and approval.

Your proof turnaround depends on the shipping option and product type.

• Paid Shipping, Non-Embroidered Products: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, generally receive artwork proofs the same business day.
• Paid Shipping, Embroidered Products: Artwork proofs are generally ready the next business day.
• Free Standard Shipping: Artwork proofs are generally provided within 1 to 4 business days, depending on order volume.

Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may follow the next available business-day schedule.

Once your proof is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to review your artwork.

What Shipping Carriers and Methods Does Bolt Printing Use?

Bolt Printing uses UPS shipping services to deliver custom T-shirts, embroidered apparel, and other personalized products.

Shipping methods may include:

We select the appropriate shipping method based on your order type, selected delivery speed, and destination.

Remember that the carrier's shipping service is only part of the overall timeline. Your custom apparel must also be prepared and produced before it can ship.
