To make sure everything stays on track, we're relentless with our follow-ups. If there's an issue with an address, billing, or a proof still needs to be approved, we'll keep emailing and calling until we get it sorted out -- especially if we know you need your apparel quickly. We won't let your order fall through the cracks

How our next day turnaround on custom shirts works:

1. Place your order online by 3 PM EST on a business day.
2. Choose a PAID level for shipping during checkout.
3. We'll ship your order on the next business day.
4. Transit times (shipping time from us to you), add additional days.

Free shipping and orders with multiple shipping locations are excluded from next day turnaround

• Up to 500 customizations on embroidered styles and custom bags.
