We won't start customization until we receive your final approval. If there's an unexpected embellishment or garment flaw, we'll work with you to either replace the merchandise or offer a discount if replacement isn't an option.

How Our Custom Apparel Proof Process Works

When a new order arrives, it's assigned to one of our production experts. They'll create a production file for each design and email you a link to review the digital proof of your design layout. Our proofs contain important order details, including the finished dimensions of your image size, method of embellishment, and thread/ink colors. Any elements requiring your attention will be highlighted in yellow.

Proofs Are Necessary for You to Get High-Quality Shirts

The proof process is crucial to ensure we're aligned. Please review your proof carefully, as the final design will reflect it. We require your written approval to begin production. Without it, we can't start producing your apparel, which may delay your order.

Understanding Commercial Acceptability

Custom apparel production involves human craftsmanship. Minor variations, such as slight shifts in print placement or stitching, are normal and industry-accepted. These do not compromise the overall quality or appearance of the product. If your item looks great from a normal viewing distance of 4–6 feet, it's considered commercially acceptable.
