You can select free shipping during step 4 of the checkout by using the calendar. Any day that you can select in white is free shipping. (Any day that is colored orange is a paid level of shipping.)

Even with free shipping, you'll still get fast custom shirts (but it won't be a next-day turnaround)  

If there are no delays in proof approval or holds, expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. (Orders with multiple groups of products with different designs may require additional production days).

Free Shipping orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground (determined by lowest cost)


Free shipping is not available with our next-day turnaround service, drop shipments, and orders shipped outside the continental US (ie, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, etc).

Some issues are out of our control

Issues completely beyond even the best screen printer's control  

Although we're AMAZING at getting custom product out on time, some things are completely outside our control and may affect our operations.

-The weather. (Believe it or not, we can't control the weather... yet.)

-Inbound shipping delays (meaning we can't print on shirts we haven't received!)

-When we receive artwork that just isn't printable

-When customers don't respond to our requests for order-related issues.

Should an issue beyond our control happen, we'll contact you to offer solutions.

Drop shipping is now easier than ever

Drop shipments (ie, shipping shirts to multiple addresses)  

If you need a drop shipment, indicate it in the comments area during checkout.
After your order is submitted, email an excel file with delivery details (include quantity by size, ship-to name, company name, street address, ste or floor, city, state, and zip in separate columns).

A cost of 0.75 per package + shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and charged to the card provided at order.

**Important custom products shipping information**  

All custom merchandise is FOB shipping point. (Meaning ownership -- and risk of loss -- transfers to the customer upon receipt by the carrier (ie, UPS, USPS, etc).) We're not liable for delays in transportation including package handling errors, misroutes, and delays.

UPS no longers offer guaranteed arrival dates on Ground Service Shipments.

No need to worry over issues or lost orders

"But what if my custom merchandise order is lost or doesn't arrive on time?"  

If a package(s) is lost, we'll assist you in working with the carrier to open an investigation. During this time you have the option to reprint your order. If the original package is located, you'll be responsible for the cost of both orders. If the package is not located, you're only responsible for costs incurred with the original shipment.

If your order isn't received on time for any reason, a credit CANNOT be issued for your order. However, if you paid for expedited shipping and the wasn't wasn't the result of severe weather (or another act of nature), a request for a refund of shipping charges will be honored.
Packages shipped via UPS Ground Service are NOT gauaranteed to arrive on a specific date.
