How it works: 
Place your order online by 3 PM EST on a business day.
Choose a paid level of shipping during checkout.
We will ship your order on the next business day.
Transit Times add additional days.
 
Extra Days are added under these scenarios:
Complex orders with multiple groups and/or different designs.
Sleeve Printing.
Embroidered Styles.
Moisture Wicking Garments, Custom Bags, Pocket T-Shirts.
Process or Simulated Process on quantities above 72.
 
Be Responsive to requests for approvals or order related issues.
We do everything we can to keep your order on track.
We're relentless when attempting to contact you -- please check your emails, answer your phone, make sure we can leave messages, and check your messages. 
Double-check that you received an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order.
 
Issues Beyond our Control:
Weather.
Inbound Shipment Delays.
Artwork provided that is not printable.
Unresponded requests for order related issues.
*We'll alert you if any issue beyond our control has occurred and provide alternative solutions.

UPS Delays: 
 If your package was delivered late by UPS related to an act of nature (accidents, pandemics or weather etc). 
Refunds for shipping charges are not offered.
If your package was delivered late by UPS because of package mishandling. (mis-sort, driver error, etc).
Refunds for shipping charges are applicable.
 
Free Standard Shipping:
Available on All Orders. 
Estimated turnaround with delivery is 7-14 business days.

 You can select free shipping during checkout in Step 4 using the calendar (any day that you can select in white is free shipping - any day that is colored orange is a paid level of shipping).

 

If there are no delays in proof approval or holds, expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is placed. (Orders with multiple groups of products with different designs may require additional production days).

Free Shipping orders will ship via USPS or UPS Ground (determined by lowest cost)

 

Free Shipping is not available with Lightning Service, Blind Shipments, Orders with Drop Shipments, Orders that are shipped outside of the continental US (ie, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands).

Drop Shipments:

If you need a drop shipment, indicate it in the comments area during checkout. 
After your order is submitted, email an excel file with delivery details (include quantity by size, ship-to name, company name, street address, ste or floor, city, state and zip in separate columns).

A cost of 0.75 per package + shipping charges will be added to your final invoice and charged to the card provided at order.

 

Shipping Terms:

All printed products are FOB shipping point and ownership transfers to customer upon shipment. This means that risk of loss passes to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

We are not liable for delays in transportation including, but not limited to, severe weather delays, package handling errors, misroutes, and exceptions.

If a package(s) is lost, we'll assist you in working with the carrier to open an investigation. During this time you have the option to reprint your order. If the original package is located, the customer will be responsible for the cost of both orders. If the package is not located, you are responsible for costs incurred with the original shipment.

If your order isn't received on time for any reason, a credit CANNOT be issued for package contents. If you paid for expedited shipping, and the delay did not occur because of severe weather or other act of nature, a request for a refund of shipping charges will be honored.
