As a first time customer, I had very little knowledge of the process and technical information I needed to create a high quality T-shirt design. Nicole, the single representative who assisted and stuck with me throughout the process, was knowledgeable and patient. She gave me her direct line to call her to discuss problems I detected on my proofs. When we couldn't address these adequately due to my poor quality artwork, she happily agreed to speak with my own graphics person. They worked it out and I couldn't be happier with our T-shirts. Oh, and despite all the delays I caused, I still received the shirts in just a couple days after finalizing the design. We'll be back!

I was impressed from the first contact with Bolt. Their staff was helpful, the design interface is easy to use and the art department great to work with. They asked the right questions and helped solve problems quickly. The price for budget shirts to be tie-dyes was about half of any other company! And, I couldn't believe how fast Bolt turned around my print job! I emailed the art. One hour later I got the proof and approved it, 3 hours later I got a message that our shirts had been shipped by UPS! The shirts arrive on my doorstep three days later, and they are PERFECT! We developed the initial design for a T shirt to be used at a staff event. We sent the order in on Thursday and received the initial proofs later that day. We made slight revisions to the proof and were given the revised proofs on Friday. We approved those proofs on Friday. When we checked on the order status on Tuesday, we were surprised to learn that they were already out for delivery! By mid-day on Tuesday, our order was delivered. We did not ask for expedited handling, yet received our order in 5 days!
Let me also say, the pricing was very competitive and the quality of the shirts, excellent. In addition, we attempt to source locally when possible. I think that most of us usually think that "local" translates to "no internet." As it turned out, while we were using the on-line design and order resource, boltprinting is also a local small business.
This was a really great value and experience!

I thought the shirt was going to be a little heavier than it was, but this is not a reason to give a bad review, this is more about my ability to read. I ordered a dozen or so shirts for my office on a Friday. By Saturday the proofs came to my email. I didn't notice that the artists had mentioned the quality of my picture wasn't great, and I went ahead and approved the design. When I got back to the office on Monday, I looked at the proof again and noticed their note. I called in and asked what I could do, worried because I had already approved the proof and feared the shirt was in production. They had me email a new image to them and I received the second proof within the hour. I approved it and 4-5 days later, I had the shirts in hand! Everything worked out perfectly and Bolt Printing was amazingly helpful. The shirts and the design on them look AMAZING. Bolt was great. The shirts are true to size, being that they are unisex/mens. I 5'8" and 135 lbs, so next time I would get a small for myself instead of a medium.

Every thing they said would happen, did. Hi all! My close friend is a huge pain to try to surprise. His wife and I were trying to figure out how we could make his 30th birthday extra special and about a week out I thought that custom shirts could be a special touch! I mocked them up in photoshop on Monday night, approved the proof from the Bolt Printing art department on Tuesday night, and they were printed and shipped on Wednesday for me to receive Thursday. It was such a quick turnaround! I was really pleased with the customer service experience as both Sully and Katie were incredibly kind and helpful. We had the party on Friday night and were able to pull off a surprise with many friends he knew would show up, but it meant a lot to see shirts with his name on them that said "It's Lit" and get him excited for our bar crawl and hang. I'm just really glad the shirts came out looking so nice at an affordable rate and will likely use Bolt again when it's time to print something else! Thanks so much!

Just want to give a great review on the shirts and service. There was a little miss understanding with the company processing the order, I placed my order close to 4 weeks in advance from the date needed. They sent out confirmation emails that the order was procecced and would make the desired time. A few days later i got a email saying they couldnt get tbe order to me by that date unless i paid and additioal shipping cost of 21.95, so i agreed so that i could have them in time for my familu reunion. Once i received the confirmation for that i thought great we will have them in time. However a few weeks past and the date for them to arrive is here and no shirts . So i send them a email saying hey havent recieved the shirts yet and paid additional money to havr it expedited. A couple days latet i get a email back saying were sorry but your order hasnt been processed wgen do you need it by. At this point im upset and fustrated, so i tell them i need it in 2 days because the reunion is that close. Instead of apologizing and straightening this out they go on to say well tbe only way we can get this to you this soon is an additional fee of 65.00 dollars. I email back NO WAY!!! Ive placed my order on time paid and came back and paid an additional fee and you havent even processed the order and because you have screwed up you now want me to pay an additional 68 dollars to have it at a latet date than the origial agreed date all because you forgot and now your rushed. I said im not paying anything additional and i need my shirts in 2 days. Because i have already paid. So someone else from the company emailed said it was bing printed and will ship out same day and they would 2 day air express it.Thank GOD!!! And it arrived in just that 2days. The print and color was amazing it was just what we ordered. Shirts fit true to size. Quality was good. Customer serive finally came through and got the order done. So Thank You for turning my bad experience into a good one!

This was a very fast and efficient process! I am a 20-year old college student and this was my first time ordering from this company, buying shirts for a comic convention. I was unsure how the quality was going to turn out as I had ordered on short notice only 3 days before my event, and I had exclusively ordered from Customink and ooShirts in the past. Our event was a reunion for a group that only meets once a year. We called all the folks who had attended over that last four years together for one day, many of them had never met. I LOVED my experience with Bolt: live chat to answer questions (for a newbie to shirt orders, it helped), the art dept. was able to set my image correctly, the turnaround was fast, and so was the shipping. Fantastic and quick service
I had an event scheduled and needed fast turnaround to have the tee shirts delivered in time. Not only was the work done beautifully and to specs, the shirts arrived on day sooner than anticipated. This reduced my stress level. Everyone loves the shirts which are now keepsakes. The only issue was a few threads were coming loose on my shirt.
