Created a custom T-shirt design on Bolt Printing but aren't ready to order yet? If you've used our Save 4 Later feature, you can find your saved artwork through the Customer Center.

Whether you're returning to a company logo, school shirt design, fundraiser graphic, or other custom apparel project, follow these three simple steps to search for your saved design.

How Do I Find My Saved Custom T-Shirt Design?

Bolt Printing's Customer Center includes a Design Search feature that helps you locate artwork previously saved through the online Design Studio.

Follow these three steps to search for your saved designs.

Step 1: Open the Customer Center

Visit the Bolt Printing website and click Customer Center.

The Customer Center provides tools for accessing information related to your custom apparel designs and orders.

Step 2: Select Design Search

Once you're in the Customer Center, locate the option labeled Design Search.

Click Design Search to begin looking for your previously saved artwork.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address and Click Search

In the Design Search section, enter the email address you originally used to save your design.

After entering your email, click the button labeled Search.

Follow the instructions provided in the Customer Center to access your matching saved artwork.

What If I Can't Find My Saved Design?

If you're having trouble locating your custom T-shirt design, start by checking the email address you're entering into Design Search.

Here are a few things to try:

• Double-Check Your Email: Make sure there are no spelling mistakes or extra spaces.
• Try Another Email Address: If you have multiple email accounts, you may have saved the design using a different address.
• Check Your Email Inbox: If you previously received a saved design link, you may be able to use it to return to your design.
• Contact Bolt Printing: If you still can't locate your design, our team can help you troubleshoot.

How Do I Save a Custom T-Shirt Design for Later?

If you're still creating your artwork and want to return to it another time, use the Save 4 Later feature in Bolt Printing's Design Studio.

1. Create or upload your design in the Design Studio.
2. Click Save 4 Later.
3. Enter your email address when prompted.
4. Keep the saved design link for easy access later.

Saving your design is especially useful when you're creating custom apparel for a group and need time to review the artwork before ordering.
