So I ordered these with certain colors and sizes in mind, when I received them i
t just simply was not what I had initially designed.
The teal color of the FLY font came in as kelly green, which essentially ruined the hat and I would not have approved the design had I known that they were going to look like that.
Not sure if there's anything that can be done, and I own a store that is barely surviving this pandemic, so I can't afford to not have something to stock the shelves.
Frankly, I just was really disappointed with the product, and will be looking to other services unless y'all can give me a MAJOR discount on a future order, or somehow rectify this one.
Overall, not happy with the design studio, not happy with the several changes that needed to be made just to get them printed, and then the final product wasn't even correct to the proof that y'all had me approve.
Feel free to reach out, I just honestly am not happy with the product or the service.

I found your company in attempt to work local and small business rather than Vis
ta print who so far was doing a good job. Prices were great when sales happens. I decided to user your company for the hat and eventually maybe shirts. Sent our design to Jon who came up with a proof that I approved even though it doubled the price as we really wanted to have these hats to sell to represent the band logo which has the Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah in it. The logo was made by a prominent artists in reggae circles so this logo has much significance to many. When I received the hats first thing I noticed were that the lettering is different on almost every hat and there is green coming thru under the gold of the lions face and the black detailing is almost non existence. The mane is also completely different than the proof just like the face. I would have thought I would be contacted about such discrepancies before a whole run was made and my card charged and hats shipped. I look forward to a positive resolution so we can see where this business relationship leads. Our artists are growing and we would like to find one company to work and grow with. I hope it’s Bolt because we all need a positive charge! God bless!

It is our first time ordering from this company. We LOVED the service, the ease

Beanie This order was my first experience with Bolt and it went very well. I did need to tweak my design for a better quality of embroidery but I was given a heads up in the Proof stage.

Loved It We are very happy with our purchase of the customized Beanie. The beaniesand the embroidery were of very high quality. The staff at bolt printing was extremely helpful in answering all questions that we had and providing suggestions on our design. We were extremely impressed with the turnaround time from order submission until we had the product in our hands especially considering this busy time of year. We highly recommend bolt printing and will use them again in the future.
