Why we're the beanie people

Beanies are not a side item here. The CP90 is our single best-selling beanie, and beanie embroidery is one of the jobs our machines run most often. That volume is the reason our pricing is sharp and the reason we already know how your logo will behave on a knit.

01

The CP90 is our #1 selling beanie

One style, ordered again and again, in 27 colors. It's the beanie we embroider more than any other, so our team knows the CP90 inside and out.

02

A person looks at your artwork first

Our embroidery staff reviews every design before production. If something looks like it won't stitch well on a beanie, we tell you right away and suggest a fix — that call happens before anything goes on a machine, not after.

03

You see real embroidered beanies, not renderings

The photos on this page are actual embroidered samples of the CP90, CP90L and SP15 — and CP90 customers have posted 16 photos of their own finished beanies alongside their reviews. What the stitching looks like on a real beanie is exactly what you are looking at.

04

Beanie embroidery is its own craft

A beanie is a small, curved, stretchy panel with roughly 4" × 2" to work in. Sizing artwork for that space, holding it steady while it stitches, and picking thread that reads against a knit color are decisions we make every day.

Competitor prices are the quantity-36 embroidered beanie prices published in our comparison grid on 08-04-2026 and are checked monthly; where a company charges an additional shipping or setup fee at checkout, it is noted beside the price. What comes with your embroidery

The price on this page is the price of an embroidered beanie. Here is exactly what that covers, so nothing shows up later that you did not agree to.

No setup fees

No setup fees. The per-piece price shown includes the beanie and embroidery.

One embroidery location

Embroidery on one side is the most popular choice, and it is what the price includes. Other placements are available — ask and we will price it.

Up to 8,000 stitches

Included in the price shown. Most beanie-sized logos land inside it; if yours runs larger, we will tell you before you order. Stitch count depends on your artwork, not on quality.

Artwork reviewed, then proofed

Our embroidery staff checks your design before production and you approve a proof before we stitch the run.

Production and shipping are two different clocks. With paid shipping, embroidered beanies have a 2-business-day production turnaround — that is how long it takes us to embroider and pack your order, with transit time added on top of it. Free shipping orders arrive in 9–14 business days. Call 888-909-2658 and we will confirm the date for your quantity before you commit.

Make your embroidered beanie look great

Three things we tell customers before a beanie run. None of them cost you anything, and all three change how the finished beanie looks.

01

Keep it simple

Bold shapes and clean lettering translate beautifully into thread. Hairline details, thin outlines and tiny taglines rarely survive the trip onto a knit — dropping them almost always makes the beanie look better, not plainer.

02

Design for the space

Most beanies give you an embroidery area of about 4" wide × 2" high. Designs that work within this horizontal space tend to translate best. Keep important lettering and details large enough to remain clear when embroidered.

03

Use contrasting colors

Thread has to separate from the knit to read at a distance. Light thread on a dark beanie — or the reverse — keeps the logo crisp. Matching a thread to a similar beanie color is what makes stitching disappear.

4.8 across 288 CP90 reviews

Customers rate the CP90 4.8 out of 5 — Comfort 4.9, Quality 4.8, Value for money 4.8 — and Bolt Printing holds a 4.8 service rating. Read them on the CP90 product page.

Quality guaranteed

Every order is backed by our quality guarantee and the Bolt Promise — artwork review, a proof you approve, and support that answers.
