Can I get custom shirts the same day?
No — we're a production shop, not a walk-in counter. Here's what we can do: order by 3 PM EST on a business day, choose paid shipping and approve your proof, and in most cases your shirts print and ship the next business day. With a fast shipping service selected, that puts finished shirts in your hands within a couple of days almost anywhere in the country.
Is there a rush fee if my deadline is tight?
No rush-production fee. Choosing paid shipping at checkout is what moves your order into our priority production lane — you pay for the shipping service, not for the speed of the printing. Expedited shipping itself isn't free, and you see its cost before you pay.
How much do fast custom t-shirts cost?
The same as our standard prices — speed doesn't change the per-shirt cost. On a white Best-Selling Cotton Tee (BD54) with a one-color front print, 24 shirts run $7.86 each, 48 run $5.45 and 96 run $5.18. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs, and the Design Studio prices your exact garment, colors and quantity live.
Which shirts qualify for next-day printing?
In-stock basic cotton tees with standard print placements move fastest and typically qualify. More complex items — polos, sweatshirts, moisture-wicking garments, pockets or embroidery — may need an extra production day. If you're unsure, call and we'll confirm before you order.
I searched for a print shop near me — can you help if you're not local?
Yes. We ship nationwide from Brookfield, Connecticut, and for most deadlines that's faster than waiting for a local shop's schedule to open up. Tell us your date and we'll tell you in writing what's realistically possible.
