This is the most popular option for customers who have time to plan. Your order moves through our standard production schedule and ships via the most efficient ground method. It’s a reliable, cost-effective choice for bulk orders, events, and group apparel - and part of how we deliver our lowest internet prices without sacraficing quality.

Lightning Fast Turnaround (Paid Shipping Upgrade)
If you’re on a deadline, upgrading your shipping doesn’t just speed up delivery — it fast-tracks your entire order. Your project is prioritized in production so we can print, pack, and ship as quickly as possible. Many fast-track orders ship significantly sooner than standard timelines.

Keep in mind that certain order details — like multiple designs, specialty placements, or embroidery — can affect timing slightly. But even then, upgraded orders always move faster than standard ones.

At Bolt Printing, speed isn’t an add-on. It’s built into everything we do. Free shipping gives you value, and fast turnaround gives you control.

Additional Shipping & Packaging Options

Some orders need a little more coordination. If you’re shipping to multiple locations or need items packaged individually, we offer flexible solutions to help.

Drop Shipments (Ship to Multiple Addresses)

If you need your order sent to multiple locations, we can handle that through our drop shipment service.

To request this:

  • Add a note during checkout indicating you need a drop shipment
  • After placing your order, email us an Excel file with delivery details including quantity by size, recipient name, company (if applicable), and full address in separate columns

Because each shipment must be sorted, packed, and labeled individually, drop shipments will add additional production time to your order.

There is a $1.50 per package handling fee, plus standard shipping charges for each destination. These costs will be added to your final invoice.

If you need your items packaged individually, we offer folding and polybagging to make distribution clean, organized, and professional.

Each item is neatly folded and sealed in a clear polybag, so it’s ready to hand out right away.

Pricing:

T-Shirts: $1.25 per item
Long Sleeve T-Shirts: 1.75 per item
Sweatshirts: $2.25 per item

Because each piece is handled individually, this service will add extra production time, especially on larger orders.

I can not say enough good things about Bolt. I found them online and was a little leary b/c of the price being so cheap. I ordered around 115 shirts the first go and when they showed up they were better then I was expecting. They only shrank a little but the colors didn't fade at all. I'm on wash 5 of one of the shirts and it looks as good as it did the day it arrived. We are on order number 2 but will be using them much more in the future. The customer service is also great! Fast, kind, and seem to really care about their customers.
